Navigating Change | How To Use
Step 1: Pick an Area of Growth or Change
Identify 1-2 Areas of Growth to get you started or to build on what you have.
Based on where you are currently with your pantry, you may feel like you have accomplished some stages of growth. This is your own adventure – focus on the areas that are best for you for now or for the future. You don’t have to follow any of the areas in order. Give yourself a time frame (i.e., 6 months) and choose one or two that you feel like you can accomplish in that time frame.
