Navigating Change | How To Use

Step 2: Take the Pantry Self-Evaluation

Where are You Now?

At the beginning of each Area of Growth, there is a Pantry Self-Evaluation. This is a series of questions and a helpful guide to give you ideas on how to make your pantry better. The self-assessment is for the person in charge of your pantry.

This can be considered a pre-evaluation to help you measure your starting point at the beginning of your change process.

Each pantry is unique and no pantry is expected to answer “yes” to everything. Use this tool to think about the good things your pantry is already doing and how to make it even better. It’s not a test and will not be used to rank pantries. It is to be used internally to help pantry leaders with future goals. The self-assessment is for the person in charge of your pantry.
